I’m 39 years old, from São Paulo, a mother, and a runner in my spare time. In 2024, I took an important step in my career and founded Natália Fogaça Career Management. The company was founded with a clear purpose: to empower women leaders and support women in making confident decisions, gaining recognition, and steering their careers independently.
I worked for over 14 years in the corporate world, 8 of them as a Technology Leader. During that time, I built six high-performance teams and led more than 50 professionals. This experience taught me how to navigate different organizational levels—from entry-level professionals to executive board meetings—and to build clear, strategic, and adaptable leadership.
I am one of only 200 people certified in Brazil to administer the CliftonStrengths®, a methodology that enhances natural talents and strengthens strengths in a practical and objective way.
