Carlos Mendes’ first contact with the practice of social security law came while he was still a trainee at the Federal Court, where he worked at the 23rd Federal Court in Salvador/BA. After taking part in hundreds of hearings assisting the judge of the 23rd, Carlos was born with the desire to become a lawyer to help people who needed INSS benefits.

After graduating, he began working as a lawyer specializing in INSS benefits, working in Salvador and in some cities in the interior of Bahia, such as Campo Formoso, Irecê and Utinga. Currently, he also provides services in São Paulo/SP.
