CVM determinations, Moka Gestora aims, in addition to offering financial management services, business, economic and financial consulting.
Taking advantage of the Moka group's expertise in the receivables market, as well as the capacity for conflict negotiation and economic/financial analysis of companies, we offer the following services in our portfolio: Structuring of receivables trading vehicles, Management for FIDCs, Financial Restructuring and Organizational Funding and support for Venture capital.
