Created in 2014 with the aim of adapting the FIDC operation to the new
CVM determinations, Moka Gestora aims, in addition to offering financial management services, business, economic and financial consulting.

Taking advantage of the Moka group’s expertise in the receivables market, as well as the capacity for conflict negotiation and economic/financial analysis of companies, we offer the following services in our portfolio: Structuring of receivables trading vehicles, Management for FIDCs, Financial Restructuring and Organizational Funding and support for Venture capital.

We invest in startups from the most diverse segments. Our idea is not just to invest money, but to invest in human capital. We do a daily follow-up helping invested companies in any type of problem, be it legal, financial or business structuring.
